How to set your video conferencing provider

    SuperOffice video meetings allows SuperOffice CRM users to plan and start video meetings directly from their diary. In these how-to's you’ll learn how to configure the video meetings for the provider your company uses.

    You can configure the video meetings in the Settings & maintenance part of SuperOffice CRM. To access Settings & maintenance, you need administrator rights.

    1. In Settings & maintenance, go to Preferences and open Video meetings.
    2. Click the Configure button. On the web page that will open, you can choose which video provider you wish to use.

    Each video provider has its own requirements to connect their services to SuperOffice CRM:

        To connect SuperOffice CRM with Zoom you need to make sure you have a Zoom Pro account.

        Once you’ve clicked the configure button in the Settings & maintenance, a new web browser will open. On this page, you can choose which video meeting provider you wish to use.

        When you choose Zoom, you will be forwarded to Zoom’s authentication portal. Add your username and password to complete the authentication and validate your user credentials.

        Next, you need to authorize the access between SuperOffice CRM and Zoom.

        The final step is to create an administrator password for the connection inside SuperOffice Settings and Maintenance. 

        If at any time you wish to disconnect SuperOffice CRM from Zoom, you can click the Disconnect button.

        Make sure to close the web browser. This will prompt SuperOffice CRM to reload and activate the Google Zoom connection.

        To connect SuperOffice CRM with MS Teams you need to make sure you have an Office-365 account.

        Once you’ve clicked the configure button in the Settings & maintenance, a new web browser will open. On this page, you can choose which video meeting provider you wish to use.

        When you choose MS Teams, you will be forwarded to Microsoft’s authentication portal. Add your username and password to complete the authentication and validate your user credentials. Finally confirm that you wish to connect MS Teams to SuperOffice CRM.

        MS teams does not require additional configuration on your Office 365 account.

        If at any time you wish to disconnect SuperOffice CRM from Google Meet, you can click the Disconnect button.

        Make sure to close the web browser. This will prompt SuperOffice CRM to reload and activate the Google Meet connection.

        To connect SuperOffice CRM with Google Meet you need to make sure your company has a GSuite account or a personal Google account.

        Once you’ve clicked the configure button in the Settings & maintenance, a new web browser will open. On this page, you can choose which video meeting provider you wish to use.

        When you choose Google Meet, you will be forwarded to Google’s authentication portal. Add your username and password to complete the authentication and validate your user credentials. Finally confirm that you wish to connect Google Meet to SuperOffice CRM.

        Google Meet does not require additional configuration on your Gmail account.

        If at any time you wish to disconnect SuperOffice CRM from Google Meet, you can click the Disconnect button.

        Make sure to close the web browser. This will prompt SuperOffice CRM to reload and activate the Google Meet connection.

        To connect SuperOffice CRM with Cisco Webex you need to make you have a Cisco Webex account.

        Once you’ve clicked the configure button in the Settings & maintenance, a new web browser will open. On this page, you can choose which video meeting provider you wish to use.

        When you choose Cisco Webex, you will be forwarded to Cisco’s authentication portal. Add your username and password to complete the authentication and validate your user credentials. Finally confirm that you wish to connect Cisco WebEx to SuperOffice CRM.

        If at any time you wish to disconnect SuperOffice CRM from Cisco Webex, you can click the Disconnect button.

        Make sure to close the web browser. This will prompt SuperOffice CRM to reload and activate the Cisco Webex connection.

      • If you don’t have a video meeting subscription, then Jitsi is perfect for your company. Jitsi Meet is free to use and easy to configure. This how-to guide will help you to configure the video meetings between SuperOffice and Jitsi Meet.

        There are no further requirements to be able to connect SuperOffice CRM with Jitsi Meet, because Jitsi is free to host and free to join. No login details are required.

        Once you’ve clicked the configure button in the Settings & maintenance, a new web browser will open. On this page, you can choose which video meeting provider you wish to use.

        Once you click on Jitsi Meet SuperOffice CRM will automatically configure the settings for you.

        If at any time you wish to disconnect SuperOffice CRM from Jitsi Meet, you can click the Disconnect button.

        Make sure to close the web browser. This will prompt SuperOffice CRM to reload and activate the Jitsi Meet connection.
