All partner tenants in SOD will be upgraded to 9.1 Friday morning

The next release of CRM Online is the first release of generation 9 and we know many of you have been waiting for this.

For our CRM Online partners developing apps, either custom or standard, we will upgrade all partner tenants in our development environment tomorrow morning.

If you for any reason want to keep one of your tenants on version 8.5 for a little while longer, please notify us.

There is no way to take a tenant back to version 8.5 after it's been upgraded, but we will be able to create new tenants on 8.5 for a little while.

RE: All partner tenants in SOD will be upgraded to 9.1 Friday morning

SuperOffice CRM 9.2 will deprecate all SOAP web service endpoints versions Services83 and earlier. The release of version 9.2 is scheduled for this fall.

To prepare for this:

  • If you are using NuGet packages: upgrade to a recent version for Services87 support
  • Update application definition (we'll introduce this in SOD so you can verify that it works)

We will email those of you that have endpoints about to be deprecated.
