Issue with ERP connection - "Sentry denies Write access"

A customer has an ERP connection from Keyforce that has worked. When they now try to connect a customer to the ERP, they get the error message "Sentry denies Write access: ReadOnly". No changes has been made to the roles, user rights or the solution. And it has been working fine.

Any clue what might be the problem?

I empathize with your position, however those are pretty sketchy details to work with.

Permissions can occur at ALL levels... Without a stacktrace or log file details, ... hard to say.

Yeah, I know. Such logs or trace, are they retreivable in any way as this is an online environment?

There's more than a handful of customers with ERP connectors in online, so it helps with a customer id...

This sounds more like a support case than an SDK/API issue for the forums.
