CRMScript Trigger without Complete User (G9)

Hello,

We have created a CRMScript Trigger for a customer of us in SuperOffice 9.1R2 and are trying to deploy it OnSite.

This customer has a SuperOffice Expander Service license, but no Complete User license.
If we try to activate "CRMScript" in "Settings and maintenance", we get a redirection error. In SO log file stands
"Message: Thread was being aborted".

During a try with a system user is additionally logged:
"Message: There shell never be any reason for checking a System user's ownership, as sentry is by-passed. Please contact sdk@superoffice.com (AssociateId=2, GroupId=0)."

Is this caused by the wrong Service configuration or is it completely not possible to set up a CRMScript Trigger without a complete user?

Could you share some more details about what kind of Trigger you are creating?

Hi Michel,

The Trigger adds a person after saving this to some static selections.

The problem is not the trigger itself, we can't reach crmscript.www to install it for our customer

Yes, this is the redirection error.

The question is, could it be possible to set up the CRMScript without a Complete user?

And if yes, why we get this in log if we try it with system user:

Hi,

Should be possible to create CRM triggers without Complete userplans, in my test environment I am able to create this with user having Sales userplan.

Hi,

Tested this on latest G9 version.

Can you please test accessing Mailings to verify that something is not wrong with your installation setup.

Hi,
Would suggest that you contact support for figuring out exactly what is wrong. Functionally it should work to create CRM triggers without Complete licenses.

Hi Michel,

I just checked that again at the costumer and everything worked fine now. I was able to create the trigger with a sales user.
In the meanwhile the server was rebooted, so probably it was a caching issue.
