No access to full request Log

I'm using a emailfilter in CS to link a request based on the e-mailadress in the body text. I'm experiencing some issues, so used the option to view the log.

When looking at the reques log, I can't see the full description. It ends half way with.....

How can i solve this?

Hi,

I am uncertain whether the log string is truncated in the database or in the view. If the message is complete in the database, you can access it using CRMScript (if you are familiar with script programming).

The entries are in "ticket_log". So...:

SearchEngine se;
se.addField("ticket_log.description");
se.addCriteria("ticket_log.ticket_id", "Equals", ticketId);
printLine(se.executeJSON());

Or something like that...

It looks like the text is also in truncated in the database. But I remember in the past it was added to the message.

How can I activate that?

Hi Niels,

If you enable "Show debug" (or something like that) on the Email filter, then we will log some debug info and store it in ej_message.debug_info. Unfortunately, we will not show it in the UI any more, but you can easily view it from the db (e.g. using CRMScript).
