Hampus FältströmPartnerThats unfortunate. I understand that the setting is stored per computer (cookie) since you might have a Webtools on one computer but not the other. However I don't understand why Webtools is the default option which breaks the function to download files which is a very basic functionality in a system.

Hi dear Support Colleague, I will pick up this Request again about the Features in new Service Module: https://community.superoffice.com/en/product-releases/whats-new/product/the-new-superoffice-service/. in my last Posts (see above), it was comfired by Mikael, at the moment in new Service Module there is no Option to configure a List (Limitation, Sorting, Display with more fields). In old Service Module with "Screen" there is posible to configure this (see above in Screenshots). So I can define a Project-List to Ticket, only not completed Projects should be listed, and with additonal Fields "berechnungsfähig" helps User to select one List-Emepemt. The results looks fine by Searchwords "superoffice" in List like here: But in new Service Module all List elements will be completely listed without any Configuration, So I see another not desired results here: Addtional, there is no Possible to rename the Tickets Standart-Label for Example Tickets Owner. This Possibility in old Service Module in "Profile" is not for new Service Module. We hope These Points could be focused, bucause based on SO Roadmaps, the current old Service Module will be covered with new Service Module in any Time no matter wether we still hesitate to update this till now. We will deploy a new pilot version of WebTools for Windows today: WebTools for Windows pilot release 13.0 Fix in this version: Issue on RDS servers: After opening emails, the SOMailProtocolHandler task is getting stuck and Web Tools "Performing Tasks" window is not closing. It stays open until the task is killed in Task Manager. SuperOffice CRM Online will automatically detect new versions of WebTools and offer pilot users to update. WebTools can also be downloaded manually by pliot users from the download menu inside SuperOffice

Hi, Currently, it's all or nothing for invitations. Either everyone will get an email or no one will, depending on the checkbox of course. We did try to create a more flexible solution, but technical constraints in the new system made it challenging, and the potensial solution seem confusing, so we went with the all or nothing solution. The apperance of an e-mail will be different depending on if it is an external recipient or an internal (basically the same logic as before) due to icals and such. However, your feedback is important, and it is not the first time I have gotten this questions, so I will keep in mind as we continue to refine the system. Hopefully, we can find a solution down the line, if it continues to be strugglesome. Thank you!
