How do I download and install Web Tools for SuperOffice?

After logging into SuperOffice CRM for the first time you will be asked to upgrade or install SuperOffice Web Tools. If this wizard does not appear or in case you need to download SuperOffice Web Tools again, you can do it manually, by following the steps below:

  1. Log into SuperOffice CRM and in the top menu click on the  button, then click Download and select SuperOffice Web Tools.


     
  2. In the new dialog choose Personal computer Home/office (1) and click Next (2).



    If you use a Mac operating system, please click here 

    If you use a Windows operating system, please follow the steps below.
     
  3. You will be asked to select your preferred email client.
     
    • If you want to use the Outlook email client, simply select the Outlook (1) icon, and click Next (2).
       
    • If you want to use Gmail, select the second icon and click Next. This FAQ explains how to configure your Gmail account with SuperOffice CRM.
       
    • If you want to use the SuperOffice email client, select the third icon, and click Next. This FAQ explains how to configure the SuperOffice Inbox.


       
  4. Click on the Download SuperOffice Web Tools button.


     
  5. SuperOffice Web Tools installation file will be downloaded to your computer's download folder. Double-click on the file to start the installation wizard.

    Note! What to do when after starting SuperOffice Web Tools installer I get a Windows security notification message?


     
  6. Then click Install to start the installation.


     
  7. During the installation, SuperOffice Web Tools will connect to your SuperOffice CRM and, you will see the notification in the right corner of the screen as in the screenshot below. Click OK to close the message.


     
  8. Click Close to close the installer's wizard.


     
  9. Then click on the Close button to close the Web Tools installation wizard.

Installing SuperOffice Web Tools on Mac operating system

  1. SuperOffice Web Tools installers file will be downloaded to your computer's download folder. Double-click on the file SuperOffice WebTools Installer.pkg to start the installation.


     
  2. Click on the Continue button.


     
  3. Then click on the Install button.


     
  4. If the security dialog pops up, please type in your user name and password to continue installation and click on the Install Software button.


     
  5. The system will warn you that "Installer.app" would like to access files in your Download folder. Click OK to continue.


     
  6. During the installation, SuperOffice Web Tools will try to connect to your SuperOffice CRM site. Please fill in your SuperOffice user name and password and click on the login button.


     
  7. Click Close to complete the installation.


     
  8. Then click on the Close button to close the Web Tools installation wizard.
