How do I start using fingerprint authentication to enter my Mobile CRM app?

How do I start using fingerprint authentication to enter my Mobile CRM app for SuperOffice CRM Onsite?

To be able to use fingerprint authentication to enter the Mobile CRM app, please make sure that your mobile device supports the fingerprint feature. If it does, please follow the steps in one of the sections below:

 

Note! Fingerprint authentication is available only for SuperOffice Onsite customers.

 

If you do not have the Mobile CRM app installed yet

  1. Please install the Mobile CRM app.
     
  2. The first time, please log in (4) into the Mobile CRM app with your SuperOffice CRM username (1) and password (2).

    Note! Keep Auto login (3) option switched off.


     
  3. After the login, an option to enable fingerprint login will pop up. Tap Yes.


     
  4. Next time you have to authenticate yourself to enter Mobile CRM, you will get the option to use your fingerprint. Simply use your fingerprint to enter.


     

 

If you have the Mobile CRM app already installed

  1. If you are already logged in, tap on Task (1) and then Log out (2).


     
  2. If you had an Auto login option on, please switch it off (1) and then log in (4) with your user name (2) and password (3) again.


     
  3. Tap on Task (1), then Settings (2).


     
  4. Tap on System settings.


     
  5. Switch on Login with fingerprint (1) option and tap Save (2).


     
  6. Next time you have to authenticate yourself to enter Mobile CRM, you will get the option to use your fingerprint. Simply use your fingerprint to enter. 

 

Note! Fingerprint authentication is available only for SuperOffice Onsite customers.
