Had a chat with a customer who did not really like the way SuperOffice works in terms of handling information a person has provided when signing up for an event and extracting a participant list from the project (the project members list). She had a tracked link where a participant could cancel their participation so the list on the project was always up to date.
But she then lacked the information the person had provided in their form response. And having event with 4-500 person (at least in the past and hopefully next year and onwards), comparing two Excel sheets was not really an option.
So, have any of you had a similiar dialogue with another customer and did you find a solution for this? Being able to populate fields on the project member would be a good thing, but unfortunately that can not be done.
