'Other Users' tab in SuperOffice 8 Web Admin

Good afternoon,

We are hosting serveral SuperOffice 8 Web installations for a number of clients. On some installations I notice that there is no 'Other Users' tab in the 'Users' menu option inside the 'Settings & maintenance' in SuperOffice web. (IE. In such cases I would like to create an additional system user).

Does anyone have any suggestions or explanations of what may cause this?

Hi Brian,

The reason for this is that the logged on user don't have the system user chekbox enabled. You need to have this in order to administrate the other users. Mark the user that needs this and select the option system user administrator.

Log off and on again.
