A customer with Citrix servers are struggeling with maillink in Outlook after upgrade to 8.2R04. The use the Win client and Outlook 2016.
When the try to archive a mail to So, they get a message (document not saved). I can see that the msg file is created in the user profiles temp folder and disappears again, but nothing is saved in so_arc.
The settings er tested just fine. The user can create and delete documents in the SO client.
If we try to archive the email as an appointment, the Ok button is grey/inactive.
If we try to update an email addresse on a person from the maillink, the OK button is active but nothing happens when clicking it.
The debug log shows this:
