Filtering documents when using FindAgent

Our documents have an added status dropdown selection like shown below.

What i want to get from superoffice are the all documents, except the ones with status "Processed".

When i fetch the documents with the find agent and adding a filter, i don't get the documents where the status never has been set. Is there a way to get all documents, except "Processed"? I have tried the following two ways of creating restrictions:

restrictions.Add(new ArchiveRestrictionInfo
{
    Name = "documentudef/sigstatus",
    Operator = "notoneof",
    Values = new[] { Utilities.CurrSignicat.SOStatusProcessedUDEFID.ToString() },
    IsActive = true,
    InterOperator = InterRestrictionOperator.And
});

restrictions.Add(new ArchiveRestrictionInfo
{
    Name = "documentudef/sigstatus",
    Operator = "oneof",
    Values = new[] {
        null,
        "",
        Utilities.CurrSignicat.SOStatusSentUDEFID.ToString(),
        Utilities.CurrSignicat.SOStatusSignedUDEFID.ToString(),
        Utilities.CurrSignicat.SOStatusExpiredUDEFID.ToString(),
        Utilities.CurrSignicat.SOStatusRejectedUDEFID.ToString(),
        Utilities.CurrSignicat.SOStatusCompletedUDEFID.ToString()
    },
    IsActive = true,
    InterOperator = InterRestrictionOperator.And
});

RE: Filtering documents when using FindAgent

When filtering in SuperrOffice it seems that i get the same result when looking for none selected.

Is there a way to get documents that has no udef field set?
