Any way to detect if a ticket has a draft message attached?

Hi everybody

 

A customer is asking if it's possible to display in the list of tickets if a ticket has a draft message?

 

I'll figure out the part about displaying it somehow, but the part about figuring out whether or not a draft message is saved on the screen is another matter that i cannot seem to figure out.

 

Where can i see if a ticket contains draft messages?

Hi Dennis,

I am assuming you are talking about autosave feature, how it works is described in this FAQ.

I see, so to answer my own question: the draft is saved in local storage in the browser - so what i'm after cannot be done.
