How can I trigger the following dialogue myself: "The from address (xxx) is unknown. Click here to create a new contact"

I am curious about how the fairly new SuperOffice Service setting:

"Do not send e-mails to new contacts"

...which automatically adds the message:

"The from address (xxx) is unknown. Click here to create a new contact"

...to new requests with unknown contacts in SuperOffice Service works".

I would like to know how I can trigger this dialogue by myself.

Anyone who knows?

Why I want to know is because if an external form is posted into SuperOffice Service
I would like to make a CRM script that finds the customers email address inside the content,
and if it is unknown then trigger the dialogue:

"The from address (cxxx) is unknown. Click here to create a new contact"

.. so the user easily can click on the dialogue link and create the contact.

In my attached screenshot I am lucky.
In that case the email address exists in the Reply-To field and then the function seems to
work out of the box, but if the incoming email does not contain this info it will not
suggest correct.

Hi,

It is possible to manipulate ticket.from_address when parsing you incoming email body. This will make the "red banner" appear on ticket.

Thanks code like this will trigger the dialogue

Ticket t;
t.load(31);
String fromAddress = "Gustaf Superstar <gustaf.superstar@yahoo.com>";
t2.setValue("fromAddress", fromAddress);
t2.save();
