How to customize the new Ticket function

Hi,

I want to have my own function to crate a new Ticket.

I have yet a HTML Editor than a textarea and I want to save the Message Body to the "html_body" Field and not to the "body", but I can't find the newTicket Script (Create Request ?)

And I can't edit the Create Request System Script.

Than how can I develop my own script to save a New Ticket based of the actualy function.

Hello,

What you could do is create a copy of the existing system screen using the copy function:

And then modify that to your needs (see buttons -> ok inside the screen to see the save logic)

Hi Fabrice, if you want to change the EXISTING page on the Customer Center for creating a new Ticket, then you can edit the newTicket page under Settings->Customer Center pages.

If you have a totally separate page on some other site, and want to post that data to SuperOffice as a ticket, then you have two two options. Either send an e-mail from your form to SuperOffice, or call a webservice in SO to create the ticket.

I have changed the newTicket.html. The question is how can I find the original code to post data in SO..

I need the same code I must only change the body to the bodyHTML for the message.

The WebService was an Idea :)

newTicket.html posts to ticketPosted.html, so its possible for you to implement code in ticketPosted.html to do additional changes.

Additional to what Frode suggested, You could also use the new SuperOffice Forms feature to create tickets.

but I don't have the Menu to make Forms I have only 3 buttons...
