Reply mail address for 2 companies

One our our customers uses SuO for two iouristically separate companies. Now they also want to work with Service. The requests arrive via different addresses (support@company1) and (support@company2). If a single employee answers queries from both channels, which email address is used as the reply address? It would be best if it takes the email address to which the request went. thx for your feedback
