Yes it is. You must first create a selection in service that shows what you want (e.g. tickets for a particular customer). Then you create a webpanel under the status page that shows this selection. Now your users can choose this as a tile in the Dashboard.

I tried this, but which settings do I have to use to make this visible and to choose as a card on the Service Dashboard?
The URL I used is the URL from the Selection in Service. But what do I choose from the "Synlig i" to access this on the Dashboard in Service module.
Create a new web panel under "Main page":
Choose to use selection and in that drop down, choose your selection.
Then your selection will be available to choose in a card on the dashboard.

No, you don't seem to have the proper permissions to add new web panels. You need to speak to your admin user to either help you or give you the correct permission.
