SuperOffice G9 OnPremise and Pocket - Authentication failed

We are experiencing login issues with Pocket for some of our customers on G9 OnPremise.

The URLs are responding, but both Pocket apps are failing when we are trying to login.



When we check licenses, there is nothing related to Pocket in the list

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hello Serkan Gonca,

Possible reason for this could be that basic authentication enabled for the site.

Solution would be to disable the basic authenticaiton and it would solve the problem.
