Steps to Reproduce

Several customers report that typing the wrong password when logging in to S&M (win or web) 3 times will lock the AD user out. The SuperOffice users are NOT using AD authentication, in admin they all have SuperOffice set as authentication type.

However - the SuperOffice username and the AD username is identical, and Netserver will try the AD user if SuperOffice login fails. The customer would like to be able to disable this AD check if SuperOffice authentication is used.

Current workaround is either to enable AD authentication for the SuperOffice user, or rename the SuperOffice username so they are no longer identical.

Add a new userpreference check in NetServer.

User Preference: Ignore Username and Password authentication with Active Directory
