I'm trying to setup the categorization feature of AI.
I've created a dynamic selection with a little more than 1000 cases and pressed Analyze for this.
This is however creating severe problems for my system since I cannot login to CRM or Service, I cannot even stop the process of this.
My question is if this is to be expected? Is it using local resources or how does it actually do this analyze?
My guess was that many cases would better help training the function, but maybe I need to start much smaller for this?
