All Mac users of SuperOffice who want to download and use Apple’s latest operating system, High Sierra, must also download and install a new version of SuperOffice Web tools.
Apple just released their latest operating system, called macOS High Sierra. It is available for download as of the 25th of September. In this new version, Apple has made some changes that affect how documents are stored. We have, therefore, updated our Web tools accordingly.
What download link you should use depends on the version of SuperOffice you use:
- If you have SuperOffice version 8.0 installed on your own servers, you can download the new Web Tools here.
- If you have SuperOffice version 8.1 installed on your own servers, you can download the new Web Tools here.
- If you use SuperOffice in the cloud, you can download the Web Tools by opening the Settings menu inside SuperOffice, then choose Download, then click SuperOffice Web Tools.
Updating your Web Tools only takes a couple of minutes. If you need a little help, have a look at this FAQ. Once you have updated your Web Tools, you can continue working with documents in SuperOffice like before.
Note that this information does not affect you if you use SuperOffice on a PC.
