This section literally contains all the information you may need about SuperOffice CRM: from explanations of the main sections, modules, user plans, functions, actions, all the way to inspirational articles, tips and tricks, FAQs, videos, and customer support.
The new Support function
We’re super excited to tell you about our new Support function which you can find under the Help tab.
This new function has been designed to speed up the support process for our customers. It will help you to connect directly to a support agent who can solve your problem quickly and efficiently.
When you click on “Support”, you’ll come to a section that looks like this:
Pick the section which describes your question the best. When you come in you will see a page that looks like the below.
Start by telling us what your issue is, and if our FAQ suggestions cannot immediately solve the issue, we will line you up with a support agent who can. Simply fill in a short query form to register your request and help will be on its way!

Here you can also learn how to use SuperOffice to provide you with personalized sales forecasts – all working towards helping you reach your targets more effectively.
