Help to get started with GDPR compliance

Published by Unknown, 6 Mar 2018. Updated 17 Sep 2021

There are a lot of exciting new features in this new version of SuperOffice CRM which will help you on your GDPR compliance journey. To get started with these new features, please take advantage of one or all of our service offerings below.

Here’s what we can offer to get you started:

1. Train administrators and super-users in new privacy settings

No matter how user-friendly a new software tool is made, it is always easier when you know why, how and when to use your new tools. Let us help you by training your administrators and super-users to be experts in the new privacy features.

2. Install, upgrade or migrate your SuperOffice CRM solution to the latest version

If you use our cloud version – SuperOffice CRM Online, the automatic upgrade to the latest version and features is included in the service. It means you don’t have to do anything to upgrade your system, other than note the date when it will be available for you. And that date is March 13.

If you have SuperOffice installed on your own servers, you need to upgrade to the latest version – 8.2. You may do this yourself, or have one of our technical consultants do it for you.

Should you decide that this is the time to move to the cloud, our team of consultants can help you with that too.

3. Help you prepare your existing SuperOffice CRM solution to meet GDPR requirements

Getting your existing SuperOffice CRM database, which contains personal information, up-to-date is an important step in becoming GDPR compliant.

If you have been using SuperOffice for a while, it is likely that you have a lot of customer data that needs to be updated according to the upcoming GDPR policies for storing and using personal data.

We can help you:

  1. Identify what type of data you have in your current SuperOffice database, so you can make an assessment and decide how you want to apply the new features to this data.
  2. Configure the new privacy features so they support your company's rules and processes for documenting consents.
  3. Perform the necessary bulk updates to get all your data GDPR-ready.

We invite you to benefit from our experience of running workshops to help businesses prepare their CRM data for the GDPR challenge.

It’s all very simple: you bring your own knowledge about how the upcoming GDPR regulation affects your business, and we share our own experience, templates and techniques so that you can get up and running, fast.
