We have customer using a couple of Extratables in SuperOffice Service.
They are both linked to a Company / Contact by the Link Filed type eg in the Extrable each record has a column with either contact_id or person_id
If we delete a comapany it ends up in the recycle bin, and after default 14 days it will be removed by the background cleanup process. This backgruound pocess we are told is cleaning up realation tables like phone and email etc.
However it will not clean up records in the extra tables? I guess this is by design?
Would be nice to have option to also specify Service Extra tables to include in the recyle bin background clean up process.
Maybe as section in config-file fore service etc. or even better a checkbox in the extra table design view:
Include In recylce bin cleanup process: [ X ]
RND => Any thoughts of this?
As a workaround I guess we could create a SQL-script / service script that runs every night that finds and deletes stale records in our extra tables?
