Adding multple customers to ticket using API

I was wondering if anyone know a way to add multiple customers to a ticket? 

The table containing linked customers on a ticket is CRM7.TICKET_CUSTOMERS.

Iv'e managed to get these by using the Archive/dynmaic endpoint, but i would also like perform CRUD actions.

 

I found the /api/v1/Agents/DatabaseTable/InsertRow endpoint, but can't get this to work on this table.

Hello,

You can't use the DatabaseTableAgent for any other table than the service extra tables. From looking at the TicketEntity definition it seems like it currently isn't possible to add mulitiple customers to a ticket.

Hi,

Currently this is not possible, but we have added this to our backlog. If you need a workaround solution right now it would involve creating a CRMScript and call this thru API.
