Automatically quote more than one message, when answering ticket

Is it possible to change the way this preference works? Customer wants to add the last 3 messages, instead of 1 message.

Hi,

Currently this does not support any automatic including of more than last message, you will need to implement your own logic for this. 

Note that this can quickly become quite messy in situations where you have some roundtrips of communications with customers (quoting of quoting of quoting).
