at one customer in Online we've written av very simple CRMScript which is called from the "Ticket Saved" trigger. It is very simple, and basically just performs an HTTP call to a remote Azure Functions URL. It sends the ticket ID there, and get a simple value back.
Basically the trigger just does this
String response = String(http.get("https://some.url.com/foo?ticketId=123"));
However, in some rare cases we see that the request is never sent out from SuperOffice.
The value from http.getDebug is totally empty.
The value in response-variable says: "Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)".
Had this been an Onsite solution I would have troubleshot in the direction of the "curl-ca-bundle.crt" file on disk, but since this is Online there isn't really much to troubleshoot.
What could cause this in Online?
