How to limit FAQ's hits in auto replies so they only match on the FAQ-Keyword field?

Hi, we have a customer that have started using FAQ suggestions in their automatically replies.

But they are not really happy with default functionality because it give irrelevant suggestions.

Currently a question like: “ I want to change…” will look for matches in the published FAQ’s keywords, answers, questions and titles and that gives way to many matches.

The customer only want to match on the FAQ-Keyword field.

Is it possible to limit the functionality with a simple setting to do this?

If not, how have you at SuperOffice done to achieve this functionality?
