What is it?

With the SuperOffice for Outlook add-in, you can save contacts and archive e-mails from your e-mail client. SuperOffice for Outlook provides access to your CRM data presented in an intuitive and user-friendly add-in in your e-mail client, - a “zero footprint” add-in for all Outlook apps (Web, Win, Mac or mobile)
Overview of the functions available:
  • Add SuperOffice to your Outlook mailbox
  • Pin/Unpin the add-in
  • Add SuperOffice as a shortcut on the message surface
  • Add SuperOffice as a shortcut in the Outlook toolbar
  • Add an unknown contact from an e-mail
  • Save e-mail in SuperOffice
  • Add contacts mentioned in an e-mail
  • Information about contacts
  • Send and Archive

Who can join the pilot program?

We are interested in hearing from customers who use:

  • CRM Online (tenant in online.superoffice.com)
  • Users must have Office 365 subscription
  • Pilot users must manually configure the Outlook Add-in (deployed either per Outlook user directly, or centrally by Office365 admin) during the pilot phase - see "How to deploy" section below
  • * Note: Mobile phone users must have the latest version of iOS (13) or Android (10), and use the Outlook App (ie. 'Chome Mobile Version' of OWA do not support Outlook Add-ins)
  • * Note: Outlook desktop app users must have version 2001 and newer of Outlook, to be able to use Send and Archive (due to missing API's in older versions)

You don't have to sign up, as you may deploy the add-in (see 'How to deploy') and use the pilot verision directly. Some features and functions may be limited on the version of the tenant you connect te add-in to.

The SuperOffice pilot programs are free of charge and covered under the current Terms of Service for your SuperOffice CRM Online installation.

When an app or a service is in pilot, it means that it is still in the testing phase. All new apps and services are first published in a pilot program. By signing up and start using the app during its pilot period, you have by default accepted the Beta Agreement Terms.

How to deploy

Pilot users must manually configure the Outlook Add-in during the pilot.
This can be done either by deploying per Outlook user directly, or centrally by an Office365 administrator.

Read this forum post for information on how to deploy Outlook Add-ins, and setting up SuperOffice for Outlook.

Only the release version is in the Outlook add-in store

How can you give feedback?

We have several ways for you to give us feedback during the pilot testing:

  • Pilot Forum – this is the main communication channel to use. It is where we will inform everyone involved in relevant issues and is a place for you to post questions or provide feedback. You may receive answers from other customers, partners as well as our RnD resources. The pilot forum is only available to you when you have joined our pilot program.
  • Feedback form – there is a Feedback form which is available to everyone all the time here. It can be an easy option to send us a message about anything you have tested. We want to know if you are particularly happy with something as well as hear about any issues you may encounter.
  • Send us an email – we have a dedicated mail address: pilot@superoffice.com you can use to send in your questions or comments. This may be helpful when you want to discuss issues particularly relevant to your installation and you don’t want to post on a forum
