Hello Everyone,

I am trying to integrate Superoffice into Cloudya for a customer of ours. To do that the customer bought CRM Connect+ licences.
I have been provided the with following step-by-step guide https://www.nfon.com/en/service/documentation/manuals/cloudya/desktop-app/cloudya-desktop-app-manual/b-using-the-app/cloudya-crm-connect. I have been informed that Superoffice can be integrated into Cloudya

In Steps 4-6 of the guide Superoffice does not appear in the drop down.
So my first question is wether it is true that the integration works with the the mentioned CRM licence. Does anyone have experience with that?

kind regards
Daniel

Hi Daniel

if you look at the article link you posted then you'll see it states

"Please note that the CRM Connect integration is currently available for the Desktop App and on Windows systems only. For more details on compatibility,  refer to this overview."

This seems that it needs an 'old-school' tapi driver locally to work (or similar) which does not work with web.

I've had similar issues with third party connectors that advertise they connect with us for it only to be with v7/8 on the windows client only.

Hi Matt,

thanks for the quick reply. I believe the article refers to the Cloudya-Desktop app. I have confirmed that the users are using the Cloudya Desktop app.
I have confirmed that the following Superoffice Programs are installed:
Superoffice Mail Link
Superoffice Web Extension

As far as I have seen the web extension is used in combination with a browser. In a demo video of Superoffice on Youtube there seems to also be a standalone Application for Superoffice. Could that be the soution?

kind regards
Daniel

We, Amesto Solutions, have a prgram we call Phone Integration. I am not certain but I think that it will be able to connect via what we call generic protocol, to your Cloudya-Desktop app and react to incoming call, and show the name as well as a few buttons to create appointments and show company/person data etc., as well as making outgoing call straight fom SuperOffice by pressing numbers. And we are talking about SuperOffice web.
