Complete the setup of Service users

Once your SuperOffice CRM solution is configured and customised, it’s time to give your users access to their CRM solution. In this how-to guide you’ll learn how to complete the setup of new Service users.

If you haven’t already, we recommend you read our tips on how you can get your users on board with the CRM system.

Complete a Service user

First, you create a new user in the Settings and maintenance section of SuperOffice CRM. This is where all your licenses are registered.

Once the Service user is created, you can open the Service part of SuperOffice CRM to complete the user setup.
