Add a tracked link

There are two ways to set up your links. You can either use a preset tracked link to track clicks across several mailings or set up a new link only available in this mailing. Learn how to add a tracked link in this guide.

By setting up links that direct readers to various content on your website you can collect registrations, responses and monitor what products, offers and news your customers are interested in.

You can also learn how to automate the follow-up actions once a recipient clicks on your link.

To insert a tracked link, click on the insert/edit link and then special links button. You will find your tracked links at the bottom of the drop downAdd a link to your mailing by selecting a part of the text that should be linked and clicking on the insert link icon in the text editor

Add special links

You can also add special links to your mailing. To do so, select Special Links dropdown. Depending on what you want to achieve, you can choose between:

  • Link to view message online
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Unsubscribe
  • Tracked links
