On busy days when a lot of customers call in, you don't have much time to register detailed requests. You just want to help the customer, quickly register their problem and move on to the next call. The “quick request” functionality can help you here.

A quick request allows you to create a request that contains the customer’s problem and how you handled it. Using the quick request functionality will speed up the registration process, as certain fields will automatically be filled in. All you have to focus on is registering the title or the description of a problem, the customer’s name and the summary of your conversation.
