The new form field for request categories lists all categories you have in the system. Is it possible to select which ones you want the customer to be able to choose from in the dropdown in the form? As it is now, the customer can get a list of several hundres if you have that many categories in your Services instance.
And I've noticed that categories and subcategories are mixed. So if you have several categories with the same name but under different main categories, the customer will not now which one to choose (for example, "Report a problem" under different regional categories). Is it supposed to be like this?
