I have a customer experiencing a problem archiving emails from Outlook to SuperOffice.
The archive button works fine and the prompt to select cutomer and contact all works.
The problem is when 'OK' is pressed to action the archive - the prompt dissappears which is fine but SuperOffice then hangs for up to 40 seconds while the mail is being created in SuperOffice.
SuperOffice Log shows the following:
SoArcDocPlugin[GetDocumentIdFromFileName] Error occurred: parse error, expecting $
The mail does get created in SuperOffice but it is slowing users down. I have recently upgraded them to 7.1sr2 from 7.0.
They did not have this problem on 7.0.
Any suggestions on where to look for the problem / solution?
