Is it possible that the two company fields Code (Number1) and Number (Number2) cannot be selected in the service? The field is important and must be able to be displayed and selected.
Can someone help me?
if you want to add the fields in the details tab or in the header of a company or in the ticket header do the following:
- click on the wrench-symbol- go to "new field"- insert the displaytext you want to see on the left- insert "conact.number1" on the right- click the plus symbol- click "save"
