I have a customer (online) with a lot of extra fields in the ticket table that is not in use. We are building a new solution, so we need to remove all the existing fields. I have deleted some fields, but the rest gives the same error message: “Something went wrong. An error message is logged with current time: 2020-09-16 06:43:26”
Where can I find the error log in online and what causes this error?
