Hi everyone - are there a way to bring back the "To" field when using the "Add comment" button on a ticket in service?
Previously it looked like this (version 8.4):
Now it looks like this:
As you can see, the "To" field is gone....
This is an on-premise solution (8.5) - i checked with my own online installation, and that was the same (Version 9.1), so i guess it's something that was removed recently.
