Classifying activity

    Activities are classification into three dimensions, and they are all indirect, via the activity type

    • The kind of activity (Appointment, Phone call, e-mail, …)
    • The direction (incoming, outgoing)
    • The intention (why are we doing this) – this one is user-defined
