    Selling to a new customer is in most cases more timeconsuming and complex than selling to an existing customer. Here we made an example on how a guided sales process may be for new customers. This is an example, you may use and adapt to your organization.

    This sales process is devided into the following stages.

    1. Lead
    2. First meeting
    3. Proposal
    4. Second meeting
    5. Verbal accept

    Each stage is then devided up into suggested activites (both follow-ups and documents)
