    Server hosting CRM server

    The SuperOffice CRM server is now only used for hosting the client files and document archive. There will not be any SuperOffice installation on this server.
    For SuperOffice Integration Server you need SuperOffice Sales & Marketing for Web. Please see separate system requirements for Web.

    *The size of the document archive will vary depending on the amount of users and documents created from SuperOffice. Size the disk space according to your own business needs.

    Note! This especially applies when running SuperOffice in a Citrix and Terminal server environments where users share memory.     New Web Tools since 7.5 SR1:

    This is a mandatory upgrade that all users must perform to be able to continue writing documents and using Outlook Mail Link in the Web client. This means we will support more browsers, remove the need for browser plug-ins and no longer use the depricated NPAPI used for communication between browser and computer. Please note the list above is our tested browser.


    To run 7.web extensions and our Mail Link the client is required to have .Net Framework 4.5.1
    SuperOffice Sales & Marketing web will run on Mac, though with some limitations.

    Since 7.5 SR2 Web Tools are supported to run in Citrix/Terminal Server environment.

    Customer Service clients

    SuperOffice Customer Service is a 100% web-based system based on a server installation. Clients uses a browser and e-mail client as tools, and since these are already installed on most PCs in the company (all computers with Vista/Win 7/Win8 have these installed), this saves you having to install new software on the clients.
