The quickest way to find a single company or contact is to use the FastSearcher.
The FastSearcher is the search field that opens when you click on Company or Contact in the Navigator menu. It will help you find companies and contacts quickly and it’s a great feature to check your database for possible duplicates before adding a new company or contact.
Simply enter the name you are looking for, and SuperOffice CRM will give you a list of all the companies and contacts that match your description.
The FastSearcher feature is also available in the Sale, Project and Selection screens.
Do you want an overview of all your contacts, or a certain segment? Create a selection based on Company/contacts, and add criteria of your choice, such as industry and geography. Then sort it any way you like: alphabetized, by zip code, or by yearly value. How to create a selection >
