Error when getting document stream when loggin in with system user token

When I login with federated login I can read the document stream, but it does not work when I use system user token.

And what I hear is that it worked yesterday and it stoped working after you updated SuperOffice online last night.

Is it a bug or what?

Hi Martin, glad to see we are not the only one experiencing this. I'm in contact with support/dev to figure this out, have just sent them more details today.

It started to occur on SOD tenants that were updated to a version after around 2019-03-20, not yet in production I believe.

Since this update all calls to GetDocumentEntity will fail when authenticated with a system user, GetDocumentEntity is used internally a lot with the document agent, so this renders the document agent useless..

The bug from SOD has been carried over in production. We have customers not working the the SuperOffice Online PROD as I write this message

That's a bad situation for all partners then, hopefully solved soon.

FYI the inner so exception info says 'Sequence contains no elements', which is the actual exception from the server. This probably relates to some related entity data that cannot be loaded when using a system user.

Unfortunately this is a bug that has just been fixed, and will be in SOD as soon as tomorrow morning, Friday at the latest.

In terms of production (online), we will roll an update as soon as we can.

Just verified that our solution is fixed on SOD with build SuperOffice 8.4 Build Release84_C-2019.04.05-01. So I guess the fix is in the next production release.

We have patched the current fileset for 8.4 R08 Release84_C-2019.03.28-02, meaning all customers currently running this version will have the fix and all customers being upgraded in the next wave will not experience this issue.
