Irregular failures of custom app with system user token authentication

Hi,

we have developed a custom app importing data (contact ans sales) to online tenant.
It uses system user token authentication. The app starts each night at 02:30 and imports authomatically the data. It functions most of the time, but during last weeks we had two cases it had not properly functioned.

The first one: in the middle of importing data the service was not more available

2020-01-28 03:00:36.486 [ERROR] - SuperOffice.Exceptions.SoException: WCF Method failed ---> System.ServiceModel.ServerTooBusyException: The HTTP service located at https://online2.superoffice.com/Cust*****/Remote/Services86/Find.svc is unavailable. This could be because the service is too busy or because no endpoint was found listening at the specified address. Please ensure that the address is correct and try accessing the service again later.

After that we configured the app to try to import data three times, with 30 min. break.
It functioned the whole time, and we had no issues more.

Till last night, where all three tries failed:

2020-02-10 02:31:01.320 [ERROR] - During SuperOffice authentication:
SuperOffice.SuperID.Client.Tokens.InvalidTokenException: Failed validating token ---> System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Internal error.

On the next (this) morning I could import the data wihout a problem.

 

On this days was superoffice full operationaly, no incidents listed.

What could it be? SO problems or inernet connection/server performance issues?

Now we got a mail from SuperOffice.de support, last night was there some troubles with SQL Server.
I am a little confused why it was not reported on status.superoffice.com

Hi Andrey,

You should contact us direct on appdev@superoffice.com and we can look into exactly why it fails. To search I need to know which one of your apps gives this error randomly.

I know there was a problem yesterday afternoon with one specific customer database on one of the SQL Servers, so do not think that affected you during the night.
