We have a script that when a sales reaches a certain stage creates a document in SuperOffice. The trouble it this document is huge, with a number of varible substitutions, and it takes about 4 - 5 minutes for SuperOffice to create the document.
When it is created with the script, the following error is returned.
CRM Script - The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error
Basically it is timing out. Sometime we get another error "The operation has timed out", though it is normally the Internal Server Error that we get.
If you choose a different document template, all works fine.
Whilst we understand we cannot speed up the process, unless the customer cleans up their template a bit. Is there any way of preventing the error. I have tried to increase timeout settings in IIS, but cannot stop this error from occuring.
