PocketCRM, URL in web panels

I made a simple web panel for one of our Online customers. It displays documents related to a sale stored as PDF documents in an external system. The document is an URL that streams the content of the PDF to the browser. If you click the URL in a browser then the PDF opens in a new browser tab (or opens in your favorite PDF app).

In PocketCRM, however, nothing happens if you touch the link:

How can I program the URL such that it will work in PocketCRM, e.g. like the one of the company card?

Ideally, PocketCRM should ask for the app with which to open the document.

Here is the HTML code of the web panel:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
    <form method="post" action="./default.aspx?sn=10000149&amp;l=DE&amp;u=me&amp;k=j2bb4e28c1b4a347d20b7feb7a781473abe9" id="form1">
<div class="aspNetHidden">
<input type="hidden" name="__VIEWSTATE" id="__VIEWSTATE" value="/gQCAQ88KwARAwAPFgQeC18hRGF0YUJvdW5kZx4LXyFJd" />

<div class="aspNetHidden">

	<input type="hidden" name="__VIEWSTATEGENERATOR" id="__VIEWSTATEGENERATOR" value="81CE00DA" />
                    <td style="vertical-align:top">
	<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="4" id="SalesOrders" style="color:#333333;font-family:Arial;font-size:Small;border-collapse:collapse;">
		<tr style="background-color:White;">
			<td><a href="data/Angebot%2310000149_1%232018-03-21.pdf" target="_blank">Angebot#10000149_1#2018-03-21.pdf</a></td>

Best regards

RE: PocketCRM, URL in web panels

Hi Marc, if you click the link in your local Chrome, and use the Developer Tools to look at the Network data, what kind if ContentType/MIME type does the server say that the .pdf link contains?

What happens if you add a normal link to another webpage, does it navigate there correctly?
