A customer wants to be able to send emails från CS with priority high (
Is there any way they can do this out of the box, with any of the elements in the CK_Editor?
I guess not?...
Can I do it with scripts?
I know I can send email with the the Email.send-method()
But I cannot figure out how to do it with the Message.send-method()
ms.setValue("emailHeader", "X-Priority: 1");
Any way I guess I could build a solution that let them send High Priority messages with the Email.send()-methods in the Edit Ticket 80-screen.
But I cannot find out how to do this in the View Ticket 80-screen which is the one all users use tend to use nowadays.
And neither can I find any triggers to use use for this.
