# CS low on disk space - email warnings

The following mail is sent to a given person every night.

There is enough disk space on the server running the CS/marketing site

Is this some memory in IIS error?

Is there a way to turn of this automatic sending of mail in CS?

The content of the mail is:

"The domain: marketing."somethingh".no is running low on disk space!

Attachment dir(c:\SuperOffice\Customer Service\attachments):0 Basepath dir(C:\SuperOffice\Customer Service):0 Text dir(c:\SuperOffice\Customer Service\text):0

### RE: CS low on disk space - email warnings

If CS is sending an e-mail that there is low diskspace then it's pretty certain that one of the disks is very full.

Either one of the other disks on the server, or perhaps the email is coming from the test-enviroment?

This case is happening on a customers CS as well.  It seems to trigger when disk space is less than 25%... and it is a fairly large disk.  Where is the level for notification set btw/where is it controlled ?

Hello,

See reg_id = 79 in the registry table.

select * from crm.REGISTRY where reg_id = 79

79 - Limit of free disk space before sending warning (megabytes)

### RE: CS low on disk space - email warnings

Just recieved a "Delivery failed" from my outlook/excange

Looks like SuperOffice try to send a "low disk space" warning to an email adress not exists:

Subject: Low disk space to
error@superoffice.com

Where can I configure this SuperOffice trigger?

In Service, click the cog wheel and choose "System" from the menu. Then you'll get to a screen where you can change the admin email address.
