I have an extra table "InstalledBase" which has a company relation called "company", and an extra table relation "model". Then there is an extra table relation "InstalledBase" on the ticket.
If I edit an existing ticket or create a new ticket and want to lookup existing InstalledBase records by filtering "company" or "model", then I never get any result:
Both "model" and "company" of InstalledBase have search criteria = begins with:
So, I should be able to find InstalledBase by company, but I do not, even if I enter %% to fetch InstalledBase of all companies. The only filter that works is "name", a text field.
Am I missing something? Is this a bug?
