System design in Service

To use your SuperOffice Service in a more efficient way and make the system even smarter, there are some advanced options available via the Expander Services Development Tools.

Provided you have access to the Development Tools, you will see the System design menu in the System settings menu. You can create extra tables and fields, make customised workflows via CRM Script, and edit the different Service screens to fit your particular business needs. These tools help you customise SuperOffice Service in such a way that your request system becomes even more powerful and relevant to your company.
